Charles Conn (with Rob McLean) wrote the recently released book on this topic, Bulletproof Problem Solving: the only Skill you Really Need (Wiley 2019), after years of experience at McKinsey, the Gordon & Betty Moore Foundation (environment) and the Rhodes Trust. Charles is now the CEO of Oxford Sciences Innovation, the venture firm set up in partnership with Oxford University.
